1 Cup Gluten Free Old Fashioned Oats
2/3 Cup Toasted Unsweetened Coconut Flakes
1/2 Cup Natural Peanut Butter
1/2 Cup Ground Flax Seed
1/3 Cup Honey
1/4 Cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Stir all ingredients together. Roll into 1" balls and store in an airtight container in refrigerator for up to 1 week.
If the mix seems too dry, add extra honey or peanut butter. If it seems too wet, add extra oatmeal.
