Express Lunch Workout
FREE 20-minute group exercise class every Tuesday, 12:15-12:35 p.m., at Founder's Park in Johnson City (weather permitting). No experience necessary. All beginner to intermediate levels welcome. Led by Sarah Haas, Certified Personal Trainer and Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. Cardio interval/Bootcamp-style workouts with a focus on bodyweight training and core strengthening. No equipment needed, just bring your yoga mat. Learn proper form and burn calories in a fun, no-pressure atmosphere! Come join us!
